Refund and Returns Policy

For art prints

Most products on this site are printed and fulfilled by high-quality vendors from all over the world. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. All claims must be submitted for packages lost in transit no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at the vendor’s expense.

The return address is set by default to the vendor’s facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to me. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If the vendor’s facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the shipping facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Policy for original artwork or prints

Refunds are granted for work returned in the original condition and with no damage to the art. If the damage was caused by the courier a full refund will be given and I will settle with the courier.

If for some reason the art did not meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund minus the shipping cost. The work must not be damaged in any way and you will need to contact me at the above email address between 7 and 10 working days after delivery on your intention to return the item. You will be credited back to your account as soon as I receive the work. This could take up to 30 days depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
